The program is divided into a core and specialized curricula. The core provides an analytical and technical foundation in Statistics, Personnel Management, Economics, and Budgeting. The subsequent specializations have their own requirements. They are Management Information Systems; Human Resources Management; and International Administration and Development. These specialty areas are designed to reflect the human-resource needs in the public sector.
