Participants of this training will learn how to: follow, analyze and evaluate the performance of employees; become able to propose solutions for overcoming difficulties; become able to have a conversation following the job performance; evaluate the needs for staff and organizational development; apply different methods for career development; apply different principles for motivation. This is in line with the SEEU Staff Evaluation Procedure.
