Communication skills

The aim of this training/workshop is to help all interested participants improve their communication with others by building collaborative relationships that emphasize trust and respect, communicate effectively using simple, concise and direct language, foster cross-cultural understanding in the workplace, eliminate the obstacles that undermine the ability to communicate effectively and enhance active listening skills to anticipate and avoid common misunderstandings.
