Conducting job interviews


The aim of this training/workshop is to help participants improve their knowledge and skills in conducting job interviews within the legal and university framework. This is to ensure that SEEU is able to recruit and retain the highest quality staff. The training includes job analysis within the recruitment process, organizational issues, short-listing, and the preparation of effective interview questions and assessments. It also involves the identification and practice of effective interview behaviour.
