Interpersonal relations
Interpersonal relations at work and outside work also play a critical role in the development and maintenance of trust and positive feelings in an organization. This training will equip managers with the skills and behaviours managers need in order to achieve the right approach in their interpersonal relations with the staff, such as for example: showing concern for subordinates without appearing to pry, avoiding misusing supervisory power, abstaining from showing favouritism.
