Leadership skills


Learn how to become a truly effective leader through patience, persistence and hard work. Participants will learn how to find motivation and passion to lead, how to get inspiration by gathering information, how to pick the right person for the job, how to use the right style for the right situation, how to resolve conflict rationally and effectively and how, when and why to delegate duties successfully.
