Time management


This training will help participants become highly effective by showing them how to identify and focus on the activities that give the greatest returns. Investing in these time management activities will enable them to save their time and help them work smarter, not harder. This includes getting everything done, knowing where time is wasted, taking control of the time, bringing workload under control.
